The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of the leaning tower. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a mini bar and reliable hot water. The staff, aside from one grumpy receptionist, are friendly and helpful. The self-service breakfast is a good start to the day.
The parking situation is a major inconvenience for guests with cars.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was very close to the train station. It made it easy for us to find and saved us a lot of time and hassle. the hotel was near the bus stop for the shuttle bus service to the airport, a great convenience for us.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at a hotel in Pisa. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of shops and the famous Tower of Pisa. Despite some initial concerns about the area, I found it to be safe and the people were friendly. The reception staff were accommodating and helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was visiting Arno Vivo, an open-air bar on the river with live music and a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pisa.

This hotel is great value for money with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is helpful, directing guests to local restaurants and accommodating late arrivals. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and the city center. The rooms have modern bathrooms, good bedding, and even a balcony for some fresh air. The breakfast is included and the variety is superb.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the main transportation hubs and within walking distance to popular tourist attractions. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, a relief in the summer heat. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The condition of the facilities in the room was disappointing. The furniture, walls, and door were in poor condition, and even the toilet cover was not fixed properly.
