Nice room, clean, new, large wardrobe, minibar, many TV channels. Bathroom with great shower.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of the leaning tower. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a mini bar and reliable hot water. The staff, aside from one grumpy receptionist, are friendly and helpful. The self-service breakfast is a good start to the day.

The parking situation is a major inconvenience for guests with cars.

We were offered continental breakfast with pate and fresh fruit and yogurts.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was very close to the train station. It made it easy for us to find and saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, the hotel was near the bus stop for the shuttle bus service to the airport, which was a great convenience for us.

Despite some initial concerns about the area, I found it to be safe and the people were friendly. The reception staff were accommodating and helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was visiting Arno Vivo, an open-air bar on the river with live music and a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pisa.

The condition of the facilities in the room was disappointing. the furniture, walls, and door were in poor condition, and even the toilet cover was not fixed properly.
